As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

We guarantee the quality of machine (e. G. Processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). 

We sign the agreement with detailed technical data. 

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer's materials for testing. 

After making sure machine is working well, then shipments will be made.

Machine warranty is 2 years. We offer flexible extended warranties if needed. 


4.FAQ
 

Q: How to operate the machine? is training necessary?
A: The machine is mainly controlled by software. It's very easy, not complicated. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide user manual of software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser printing machine before can still operate it very well. According to customers' requests, we can send our technician to customer' plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed.

Q: In case machine exists the problem, how to do after sales service?
A: We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case of machine exists the problem, we will provide parts required with free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall on our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q: What's package?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt Wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by the waterproof plastic bag.

Q: What's delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, lead time is 7 work days after receiving the payment.

Q:What's the Payment terms?
A:We accept T/T and L/C as our usual payment terms.

Q:What's the delivery terms?
A:We usually make delivery by air for sample order based on customers' requests, and we mostly make delivery by sea for formal order.
